If you have a regular income with assets, but are unable to provide financial statements or tax returns required for a loan application, our Low Doc range of home loans may be what you are looking for.

When you apply for a Low Doc loan you will be required to sign a Statutory Declaration which states your annual income and your ability to repay the loan, instead of providing tax returns with your application.

If you are able to supply up to date financial records and tax returns you can also apply for our standard range of home loans.
